Chris Johnson is an attorney and partner at Takacs McGinnis Elder Care Law in Hendersonville, Tennessee. With over 20 years of combined legal and military experience, Chris specializes in elder law, estate planning, and VA benefits planning. He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and the College of William and Mary School of Law. Chris has served as an Infantry Officer and Judge Advocate in the U.S. Marine Corps, retiring as a Major. Chris is an active community member and a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and Rotary International. He is also the co-host of the "Aging Starts Now" podcast, providing valuable insights on elder care and legal issues.
