This engaging and thought-provoking CLE explores the role of lawyers as inclusive leaders in fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in legal practice and beyond. Drawing from research, practical strategies, and critical self-reflection, participants will learn how to identify implicit biases, address microaggressions, and implement actionable plans to promote equitable outcomes. Lawyers will leave with tools to redefine leadership, inspire innovation, and create inclusive workplaces that reflect our shared humanity and values of justice.
