The Stop Lawyersplaining: Effective Estate Planning Communication CLE course is designed to equip legal professionals with the necessary skills to communicate complex estate planning concepts in a clear and understandable manner to clients. In this course, participants will learn the importance of educating clients, techniques for effective communication, and strategies to mitigate risk through informed consent. By enhancing communication skills and employing practical methods, attorneys can improve client understanding, reduce the risk of misunderstandings, and ultimately provide better representation in estate planning matters.
