Adam H. Laughton is a Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, LLP. His practice is focused on guiding health care providers and other parties through the complexities of health care transactions, including inevitable regulatory questions, licensing, payor enrollment and many other issues. His experience also includes regulatory and compliance matters, such as HIPAA, Stark/Anti-Kickback, False Claims Act, and state law issues. Adam is passionate about educating and empowering the next generation of regulatory professionals as an adjunct professor at the University of Houston Law Center.
