The final six months before trial are critical for shaping the outcome of a case. Effective discovery strategies, deposition techniques, and pretrial preparation can make the difference between success and failure in the courtroom. This course provides attorneys with a structured approach to managing discovery, handling depositions, and preparing for trial. Attendees will learn how to leverage discovery tools, avoid common pitfalls, and implement best practices for case organization, witness preparation, and evidentiary strategy. By the end of the session, participants will have a practical roadmap for efficiently navigating the pretrial process and optimizing case outcomes.
