This course provides attorneys with the knowledge and tools needed to incorporate estate administration into their practice effectively. Estate administration can be a vital service that meets the needs of grieving families while generating additional revenue streams. Participants will learn the six key phases of estate administration, best practices for working with executors and other stakeholders, and strategies for mitigating risks.
